The application part of the training will focus on demonstrations of our balance products with a good overview and basic understanding. The technical part of the training will focus on installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and hands-on sessions.

The program will give you the relevant information and knowledge to troubleshoot, repair and calibrate the AirFx and AquaStim caloric irrigators. Our experts are ready to give you an excellent training experience that will conclude with a certification test.

The certification will allow you to buy the Irrigator Calibration Tool Kit and then be able to do maintenance, repairs and calibration of irrigators locally.

It is an advantage if you order the Irrigator Calibration Tool Kit in advance so that it can be handed out for use during the training.

The program will give you the relevant information and knowledge to better support your customers across the Interacoustics product range incl. audiometry, tympanometry, REM, HIT, ABR, OAE and balance. Our experts from Interacoustics Technical Support at our headquarters in Middelfart are ready to give you an excellent training experience.

The application part of the seminar will focus on demonstrations of our products including measurements, features and functions. The technical part of the seminar will focus on calibration, troubleshooting and hands-on sessions.

In preparation for the seminar, it is mandatory to register and complete the Interacoustics Calibration 101 online course.
